Possibles for me:
The ability to hold subway doors with the power of my mind.
The ability to set clock time based on what time I want it to be.

I would like to have the power to be omnipotent. I don't just want to know everything right away though. I would like to have the power to absorb, understand and retain information. Can you say "Scrabble champ"? How about "Jeopardy King"? How can I turn that into money? If I was omnipotent, I guess I would know the answer to that question.

Jay, no fair. That's not a mundane super power. To be a living, walking encyclopedia is anything but mundane!
As for my mundane superpower, it would be the ability to turn water into perfectly pasteurized, homogenized milk...with the added bonus of choosing whole milk, 2%, 1%, 1/2% or skim milk on demand. I'd never have any spoiled milk, I'd never have to use water or orange juice with my cereal (like some people I know....SEAN!) and I could carry around Nesquick caplets to instantly make a bottle of ice cold strawberry or chocolate milk as the craving hits. Heck, any water fountain would be a milk fountain at my command. Not only that, if I could add breast milk as an option, mothers across the world would worship me as a god.
As for a NON-mundane super power to compare with Jay's, I would like to have the ability of the black chick Monica on the hit TV show Heroes. She has the ability to learn anything physical by mearly watching a video of it or watching it live. I could ride around with Mario Andretti and learn how to race cars to perfection, I could watch our second cousin Alfred (who is a black belt) do tae kwon do and then go to the Olympics like him, or I could just sit around and watch Uncle Raoul make chicken in oyster sauce and be able to whip up my own on a boring Tuesday night after work. (I could also watch Auntie Linda make stew pork, Uncle Gaston make pelau, Judy make macaroni pie and accra, Auntie Chan make Char Siu pork, Sandy make bake, Lisa make fry wanton, my mom make callaloo...)
I would use my powers for family and friends only.
